Salman Khan's team responds as Netflix's Kapil Sharma show gets in legal trouble over Tagore remarks

Recently, Kapil Sharmaand his show The Great Indian Kapil Showon OTT platform Netflix landed in legal trouble for allegedly disrepecting the legacy of Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore.

Multiple reports surfaced that Salman Khan's production house SKTV had been served a legal notice as well for its alleged association with the show.

However, the Big Boss host's team issued an official statement to put a rest to rumours, and stated neither the actor nor his company are involved with the show.

Actor's connection with Diddy spells trouble

According to Times of India, the actor’s representative said, “Certain sections of the media are reporting that Salman Khan/SKTV has also received the notice, which is incorrect as we are not associated with The Great Indian Kapil Show on Netflix.”
