No-Show Policy

With the exception of reservations eligible for a refund as a result of a significant schedule change, significant flight delay, or cancellation, if you don't cancel your reservation at least 10 minutes before the flight's original scheduled departure time:

Business Select® or Anytime fare

• The funds will be refunded in the form of a Transferable Flight Credit™

Wanna Get Away® or Wanna Get Away Plus® fare

• The funds will be forfeited 

For reward travel reservations (booked with Rapid Rewards® points):

Business Select® or Anytime fare

• The points used for booking will be redeposited to the purchaser's Rapid Rewards® account
• Any taxes and fees associated with the reward travel reservation will be converted into a Transferable Flight Credit™ for future use

Wanna Get Away® or Wanna Get Away Plus® fare

• Any points used for booking will be forfeited, along with any taxes and fees associated with your reward travel reservation
